Posting a Question
This is the easiest part! Just go to the homepage, and start typing. You'll be asked for a title and category, to help others answer questions according to their area of expertise. You will need to set a dollar value for your question, too.
If your question is not answered to your satisfaction within 30 days, the question is closed and you your funds are returned to your account.
Answering a Question
Anyone can help answer any question on the Answer Archive. We do not pre-screen user for qualifications. The reason is that we believe the answer speaks for itself. A good answer will be clearly correct, and it will work.
Opening up questions to the entire user community also ensures that your question will field responses all around the clock. While you're sleeping, users in other countries are cracking their heads on your question. Wake up to a fresh and exciting answer every day!
Funding Your Account
You may use PayPal, or a Credit Card to fund your account. If you would like to send a check through the postal service, please contact us for more information.
Funding questions is the motivation for getting fast, quality answers. Although there are a lot of bulletin boards on the Internet where users can post questions, the answers provided are often slow and shoddy. By providing a $ incentive, you're really raising the bar on the speed and quality of your responses.
Getting Paid
You may redeem your funds at any time by logging in and using the funds redemption form. We can send payments to anywhere in the world using PayPal, Western Union, or standard bank check. Fees may apply for some options, like Western Union. You may also incur fees on your end when receiving funds with PayPal.
Some websites only send payments on the 15th of the month, or at some other specified date. We do it anytime you request it! (please allow up to 48 hours)
Mediation and Disputes
If you believe that you provided a valid and complete answer to a question, but you were not paid, please contact us for mediation. We will review the posts to ensure a fair resolution. In general, determining if a question was answered is up to the poster of the question.
In some cases, you may have provided an answer, but someone else may have provided a better answer, or a faster answer. It helps to post your answer quickly, and ensure that it is very thoroughly researched.
