I can not bring up a web site

Hardware and Networking / Windows Networking
I am an Avon Rep. I have to go to www.youravon.com and then log in. However, when I try to log in it brings up a page that says this page cannot be displayed and it tells me to check settings and a couple of other things. I have done everything that it says to do and checked all of my settings. I have also logged in on two other computers today just fine. But when I get on this computer I can not log in. Can you please help? I am using windows XP

| Answer provided by admin on 26 Sep 2008 at 05:22 AM Jennifer, I assume you are using some version of Internet Explorer browser. Go to Tools, then Internet Options, then clear Cookies, delete Files and clear History. Try the site again. If it still does not come up, click on Refresh in the ToolBar. If still not yet, close the Browser out and bring it up and try again. I think it is just a corrupt cookie or file stopping you. |
