I am an Avon Rep. I have to go to www.youravon.com and then log in. However, when I try to log in it brings up a page that says this page cannot be displayed and it tells me to check settings and a couple of other things. I have done everything that it says to do and checked all of my settings. I have also logged in on two other computers today just fine. But when I get on this computer I can not log in. Can you please help? I am using windows XP
Thanks,
Jennifer

Jennifer, I assume you are using some version of Internet Explorer browser. Go to Tools, then Internet Options, then clear Cookies, delete Files and clear History. Try the site again. If it still does not come up, click on Refresh in the ToolBar. If still not yet, close the Browser out and bring it up and try again. I think it is just a corrupt cookie or file stopping you.

Give me a shout again if this does not work and any warnings or errors it gives you.

Regards, Pat aka Patrick

Jennifer, I'm sorry that didn't not fix it because that is the easy way. Now for the hard way from Microsoft, but be very careful how you tread with those instructions.

I just brought up your site on my Netscape browser and had no problem. A couple more ideas. Do you have anti-spyware software on your system like SpyBot S&D or AdAware? I have seen folks having problem like yours because of spyware/tracking cookies. My last suggestion might be a good one for you since you did not confirm that you are using the IE browser. You probably are.
I might suggest downloading the newest version of the FireFox browser at www.mozilla.com and using that to bring up the site.

Let me know if none of this works. Pat

Jennifer, thanks for the nice feedback in the ratings, but I must know. Which of the possible solutions fixed the problem? I just have to know or jump off a cliff. Pat
