I have a problemin that my color items are not coming outand also, I cannot download attachments. This maybe two seperate problems but I am using windows XP. I have the "Blster Bug" and used norton to get rid of it. but I have this problem. Can I uninstall printer and reinstall it? If so, how do I do this? Regards, Jack
