Hi Humberto,

I did some research on Hot Fax Message Center. This is primarily a fax program. They seemed to have added voicemail as an after thought. Anytime you purchase a product for its specific purpose (in this case a fax program) and it has ancillary products, don't be surprised if they don't work properly.

The fact that you are having a conflict with a .DLL file is not new. You have another program using the "resource" .dll file and it doesn't like to share. Happens from time to time.

I would suggest two options. First, instead of double-clicking on the voicemail, right-click on it and choose "play" or "open" whichever it says. Secondly, if that doesn't work, copy the voicemail somewhere on your hard drive (remember the folder, or copy it to the desktop like I do sometimes, so I don't forget about it if I get busy in the middle of it and forget that I've downloaded it) and then double-click on it in Windows Explorer or right-click and choose play.

Let me know if either of these two suggestions works for you.

Regards,

Christopher
