Hello,
I am a student of the arts. I looking for someone that is in the trade or at least someone that can help with my work.... If you can I am looking for books on the subject of computer animating. Or someone that is in the field. Thanks for your time.

I'm not in the field, but I know that there are tons of books out there! Most of them deal with a specific software animating program, though. The book you want may also depend on what sort of animation you're doing. I'll assume you mean the 3D kind....
Anyway, I did a search on Amazon.com, and checked some of the lists people made, and here are some books you may be able to get from your library, or on interloan, if you're not ready to buy.

I hope that gets you started! I haven't read these books myself, but Amazon.com posts reviews by readers, which are generally worth looking at.
A good place to find people who know what they're doing with 3D is one of the online artist communities. http://www.renderosity.com has forums on animation and just about every major 3D app in use...and tons of people (mostly amateurs, but some are really good ones!) to answer questions. http://www.3Dcommune.com/ is another one.
Good luck!
