What would be a good choice of software for streaming video. Thank you

The only thing I can tell you about streaming video is what file format to use. As far as I know, you can save your video as QuickTIme Streaming, Windows Media, or REal Media. There is alot of software you can use to put them into these formats. We use QuickTIme Pro. CLeaner will also do it. I believe Premiere and probably most any editing software will allow you to set it up to stream.
