Converting Access to VB

I have a small application that I wrote in Access 2000. It only contains about 3 related tables, a tab form with some subform datasheets. I have found one pesky thing about Access though while using a mouse with a scroll button. I would like to know if there is an easy utility you would recommend to convert this project from Access into VB 6.0. I would like to be able to use this application on different computers wich don't have Access installed.
Is there a different way to use this app on different PC's w/o Access?
Thanks for your time.
